The Sagola PPS is a game-changing approach to paint preparation. Unlike conventional mixing systems, it eliminates the need for separate cups and filters, simplifying the entire process. With PPS, you can achieve efficient paint mixing and spraying using just one plastic mixing cup and a disposable gravity-fed liner.
How to Use PPS?
Using PPS is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to harness the full potential of the system:
- Attach the special PPS adapter directly to your spray gun.
- Select the appropriate PPS cups and liners from the three available sizes.
- Mix and thin your paint directly in the liner inside the cup. The cup features a mix ratio film with graduated markings for accurate measurements. You can also use scales or a paint manufacturer’s measuring stick.
- Secure the lid from the dispenser over the cup using the collar. If needed, attach the PPS mixing core to the lid and clamp the cup in a shaker for efficient paint mixing. Seal the lid with a plug or attach the cup to the gun.
- Add an air hose to the spray gun and bleed all air from the liner by keeping the cup upright. The vacuum system of PPS ensures the liner collapses as you use the paint, allowing for spraying in any direction.
- When changing colors, simply swap the liner and clean your gun quickly with thinners. No need to clean out the cup.
